In early August we concluded and signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Armed Conflict Location & Event Data Project (ACLED). ACLED is a disaggregated data collection, analysis, and crisis mapping project that records the dates, actors, types, locations, and fatalities of all reported political violence and protest events across the world. Our MOU aims to improve the interoperability of our data with ACLED’s to produce visualisations and analysis that provide insight into the impact of political violence.
